This Wednesday, January 11th from 6:45pm – 8:45pm there will be a Coaches Session at the Landing Sports Centre. If you are at all interested in being a part of your child’s team this year, either as a door person or coach, we request your presence at this meeting.
This session will give you the opportunity to learn some of the fundamental skills and drills that will be taking place in our open-floor sessions. It will also be a chance for coaches to pass along some knowledge and ideas that they may have to others within the association. Please come dressed in active attire and bring a lacrosse stick if you have one. Extra sticks will be available should you not have one at your disposition.
Even if you do not have experience, we encourage parents to become involved, as it will help give them a better understanding of the game. We hope to see you there!

1. Announce the individuals who have been nominated prior to the AGM
2. Ask the nominees for their acceptance
3. Ask the floor for any other nominees
4. Ask the floor nominees for the acceptance
5. Allow each nominee to speak to the general membership about their qualifications and/or experience that relates to the position
6. Vote by the general membership
Nominations for CMLA Executive Positions
The following nominees accepted their nominations and will stand for election at the AGM at 6 pm, Sunday 18th September. The AGM will be held in the meeting room at Prospera Centre. The meeting room is located inside the south west corner of the building, next to the CMLA office.
