2 year term elected on even years at the CMLA AGM

• Assist the President in the performance of his/her duties.
• Be responsible for advertising and increasing public interest in the CMLA.
• Be responsible for, with the input of the Executive Committee, arranging sponsorship, fundraising, marketing, public relations, promotions and media relations for the CMLA.
• Maintain the CMLA trophy case.
• With the assistance of the secretary, arrange team and individual photo day.
• Be responsible for the management of the inventory, acquisitions and sales planning for all CMLA apparel.
• Be responsible for the tracking of all financial transactions pertaining to the acquisition and sales of CMLA apparel and provide such records to the President and Treasurer at regular intervals.
• Convene and chair a committee responsible for the planning and oversight of any awards ceremonies or celebrations.
• Complete and present an annual activity report to the President at the AGM.
